Exchange, Return and Golden Warranty Policy

Fiori Exchange Policy:

At Fiori, we believe that your satisfaction is our priority. That's why we've designed a flexible and clear exchange and return policy, ensuring a comfortable and smooth shopping experience.


Return period: Available within 15 days, minus one day, from the order receipt date.

Contact customer service via WhatsApp to inform them of the new size.

After receiving the product, inspecting it, and ensuring all accessories are present, the replacement product will be shipped directly to your address.


With the exception of custom-made products, which are not exchangeable (such as: size adjustments, adding a zipper, snaps, pockets, embroidery, etc.).


Exchange Conditions:


The product must be in its original condition, unused or worn, with the attached card and full packaging (package + carton).

The customer bears the shipping cost of 28 riyals + the return policy of 28 riyals.

In the event of a manufacturing defect or error in the order, we bear all costs.

Shipping fees are non-refundable and are paid directly to the shipping company.

After issuing the shipping bill, the product must be delivered to the nearest branch within a period not exceeding 7 days.

Exchanges are available only once, and replacement orders are non-refundable.


Non-exchangeable products:


Under-Abaya Dress.

Scarves.

Necklaces.

Custom-made products (e.g., size adjustments, zippers, embroidery, etc.).


Fiori Return Policy

Timeframe: Available within 3 days only, except for one day from the order receipt date.

The amount will be refunded after the product arrives and its condition is confirmed. The amount will then be transferred to your account using the original payment method. The refund amount will be credited to the customer's account within 7 to 24 days, according to the bank's policy.


Return Conditions:


The product must be in its original condition, unused, with the attached card and full packaging.

If shipping is free or charged, 56 will be deducted from the return value.

The customer bears the 56 shipping cost, unless there is a defect or manufacturing error.

After issuing the shipping invoice, the product must be delivered to the nearest branch within a period not exceeding 3 days.

Non-Returnable Products:


Dresses under the Abaya.

Scarves.

Niqabs.

Custom-designed products (e.g., size adjustments, zippers, embroidery, etc.).


When the customer adds a note to the order, it will be transferred to the fulfillment department to review the entire order, including the attached notes.


The note may be accepted and implemented.


Or rejected due to impossibility.


If the note is accepted and requires additions or special procedures, additional fees may be imposed before implementation begins.


⚠️ Important Notes:

Custom-designed products are non-exchangeable or non-returnable.

Please check the condition of the product upon receipt. Damage resulting from misuse or improper storage is not covered by exchange or return.

If the customer writes a special note during the order, it will be reviewed by the discount department, and the team reserves the right to accept or reject the modification as appropriate.

An additional fee may be charged if the customer wishes to add a custom feature to the product.


Golden Guarantee:

At Fiori Abayas, we are committed to ensuring you are 100% satisfied with your abaya. That's why we offer a gold guarantee for one year minus one day from the date you receive your order.


Exchange: If any change occurs in the fabric or product during the warranty period, we will exchange your abaya free of charge.

Conditions: It is important that you follow the washing and ironing instructions included with the abaya. In the event of misuse or failure to comply with these instructions, the warranty will not cover replacement.
